Rotary calciners are designed for continuous processing such as reduction and calcination of metal powders under controlled atmosphere at temperatures up to 1050℃.
Rotary calciner is a kind of continuous equipment, in which feeding and dumping is automatic. It operates continuously by 3 shift a day. It has large productive output and better automation. It is also easy to operate and maintain with high efficiency. The furnace consists of furnace body, transmission device and electric control unit, with optional gas-heated unit or electricity heated unit and dust remover.
